19. Articles & Copywriting

19.1 Article Credit

All articles, posts or content ("Content") created by us, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall contain an attribution credit (the "Credit") to CreateTheWeb. This Credit will include CreateTheWeb's name and a hyperlink (the "Link") redirecting to CreateTheWeb's official website. This provision is binding irrespective of the Content's distribution, publication, or broadcasting on any platform, medium or channel, digital or otherwise.

19.2 Link to CreateTheWeb

The Credit and Link shall be clearly visible, legible and unambiguous to a reasonable viewer or reader of the Content. It shall be positioned in a prominent location within the Content, to be determined at the sole discretion of CreateTheWeb, and must not be removed, obscured, altered, or made less prominent without express written consent from CreateTheWeb.

19.3 alteration, removal, obscuring or reducing of the prominence of the Credit and Link

Any alteration, removal, obscuring or reducing of the prominence of the Credit and Link without CreateTheWeb's express written permission constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such breach, CreateTheWeb reserves the right to seek all remedies available to it under law, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, damages, and the immediate removal of the Content from any platform or medium where it has been published or distributed.

19.4 Amend or modify the format, wording, placement, or any other characteristic

The CreateTheWeb reserves the right to amend or modify the format, wording, placement, or any other characteristic of the Credit and Link at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such changes shall be communicated in writing to the relevant parties, who shall be obliged to implement such changes promptly and in compliance with CreateTheWeb's instructions.

19.5 The termination or expiry of this Agreement

The provisions set forth in this Article 19. shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement. After such termination or expiry, all obligations to credit CreateTheWeb, as specified in this Article 19., will remain in effect for any Content created during the term of this Agreement.
