However, we do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or performance metrics, such as increased sales, website traffic, or search engine rankings, as a direct consequence of our services. Clients acknowledge and accept that numerous factors beyond our control may impact the success or performance of the services we provide.

11.2 Efforts and Expertise

Our commitment is to use our best efforts, expertise, and industry knowledge to complete projects and deliver services in a professional and timely manner. Clients understand and agree that they are engaging our services at their own risk, and that CreateTheWeb shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services or the inability to achieve the desired results.

11.3 Regular Communication and Feedback

To maximise the chances of achieving favourable results, we encourage clients to maintain open communication with us, provide feedback, and promptly inform us of any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of the project or service. This allows us to address any problems in a timely manner and adapt our approach as needed to improve the chances of success.

11.4 Limitation of Liability

In accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions, our liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or the inability to achieve the desired results shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
