5. Refunds and Money Back

5.1 No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By engaging our services, clients understand and accept that they are paying for our time and expertise.

5.2 Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider granting a refund on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision is solely at our discretion and may require a written agreement outlining the specific terms and conditions applicable to the refund.

5.3 Non-refundable Services

Certain services, such as third-party expenses, domain registration, website costs, advertising budgets and hosting fees, are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for these costs even if they request a refund for other services.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for refunds is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
