13. Outsourced Work

We may outsource the services that we provide to you to third parties, both within the UK and outside of the UK. We reserve the right to withhold any information about where and to whom we have outsourced the services.

CreateTheWeb will remain responsible for the quality and timeliness of the services provided, even when they are outsourced to third parties. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party providers meet our standards for quality and professionalism.

When outsourcing work to third parties, we will ensure that they are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations, in compliance with UK data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13.4 Intellectual Property

CreateTheWeb shall remain responsible for securing any necessary intellectual property rights for the work completed by outsourced third parties, ensuring that clients are granted the appropriate non-exclusive licences to use the designs, content, and materials created as part of the services provided.
