We require a deposit for specific services, the specific amount of which will be provided in the proposal we send to you.
4.2 Upfront Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we shall bill our clients upfront for our services, or require an upfront deposit before commencing work on the project.
4.3 Late Payments
We reserve the right to suspend any services provided to clients with overdue payments or invoices, at our discretion.
4.4 Late Payment Fee
We charge a fixed late payment fee of 10% on all overdue balances every 30 days until the outstanding balance is settled.
4.5 Additional Costs
If your project requires more work or resources than initially predicted, we are authorised to issue additional proposals or quotations without prior notice to cover the extra costs incurred.
4.6 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will only apply to new contracts or projects, not existing agreements.
4.7 Third-Party Expenses
Clients are responsible for any third-party expenses incurred as part of the project, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting fees, stock images, software licenses, or other external costs. We will obtain your approval before incurring such expenses on your behalf.
4.8 Taxes
All prices and fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, such as VAT, which will be added to the invoice as per UK laws and regulations.
4.9 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees incurred when making payments.
4.10 Direct Debit
From May 2023, all new clients are required to pay for their recurring services via direct debit. All clients utilising our services prior to May 2023 will be asked to set up a direct debit. Failure to do so may result in your services being suspended.
