16.1 Social Media Management Service Description
Social media management entails overseeing, maintaining, updating, and managing your social media accounts. The scope of these services depends on the package agreed upon between you and CreateTheWeb.
16.2 Third-Party Applications
We may utilise third-party applications to support our team in managing, growing, and advertising your social media accounts.
16.3 Publishing on Your Account
Only CreateTheWeb team members and our authorised third-party applications are permitted to publish content to your social media platforms.
16.4 Liability
16.4.1 Account Issues: We cannot be held responsible for any suspensions, locks, bans, or offline status of your social media accounts.
16.4.2 Declining Statistics: We cannot be held responsible for any decline in your accounts' statistics.
16.4.3 Copyright Breaches & Violations: We cannot be held responsible for any copyright breaches or violations related to the content we post on your behalf.
16.4.4 Engagement Issues: We cannot be held responsible for engagement with minors, competitors, unwanted individuals, organisations, or entities of any kind through comments, likes, or follows on your accounts.
16.5 Content Approval
We will provide a preview of the content we plan to publish, allowing you to approve or deny it. If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of sending the content, we will proceed to publish it regardless of your response.
16.6 Disapproved Ads
If Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or any other advertising platform disapproves your ad, and we are unable to obtain approval, you are still required to pay your management fees.
16.7 Overspend
If your campaign exceeds the agreed monthly ad spend budget, we reserve the right to request payment for the total amount spent beyond the original agreed-upon amount.
16.8 Templates
We may use graphic templates and designs created by third parties when developing your content.
